Competence Management Module

The competence management module covers all the requirements for a state-of-the-art competence framework that complies with international standards from OPITO, IADC, GWO, IMCA and other regulating bodies. People’s compliance with their competence requirements can be tracked in real time, with all relevant data supporting competence assessments readily available for checking or auditing purposes.

There are also dedicated functionality, dashboards and screens to support the various roles involved in the process:

Assessors can track the status and progress of their assessments, store evidence they’ve gathered and communicate easily with the people they are assessing.

People being assessed can track the progress of their assessments and provide feedback, evidence or comments to their assessors.

Reviewers can track the assessments ready for review, and provide feedback to or communicate with the assessor where non-conformities in assessments have been identified.
